Best Anime of 2015: Action

When it comes down to action, it’s probably all about the different battle sequences within the show. This combined with the animation style will allow for the sequences to flow well along with a lot of explosiveness and many exciting and exhilarating scenes. With that being said:

Deirii Raifu’s Pick:

Aldnoah Zero Season 2 – ‘Justitia Fiat Ruat Caelum’

“Let Justice be done, though the heavens fall”

3 4

Aldnoah Zero Season 2 takes the Action genre this year. Improving on its last season, where the action intensified. With a multitude of combats, whether they be in ships, mechs on just using ground personnel it created a lot of variety for the tactics and strategy used. Not only was it explosive, but it was smart. Taking into terms such as trajectory, wind speed and gravity when fighting in mechs in outer space made it quite enjoying to watch.

Plenty of action this year within the airing seasons as always. However, a returning adaptation of a storied series of anime tops my best of action for 2015. Fate Stay Night embellishes the action genre, providing plenty of fight/combat scenes for watchers. Ufotable visualises the light novel to its absolute best, allowing us to become revelled with its high quality action sequences.

3) Aldnoah Zero S2
Special Mentions: Dungeon ni Deai Wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka, Shinmai Maou no Testament Burst, Taimadou Gakuen 35 Shiken Shoutai
